For all services, cancellation can take place at any time after payment, but must be received in writing before we provide the service. For the CV Audit, this will be the date we advise you by email (to the email address you provide in your contact details) that the CV Audit will take place. For the CV Writing service, due to the bespoke nature of this a payment and delivery schedule will be established with your agreement at the time of ordering. For the CV Handbook, delivery will have successfully taken place when we have sent you instructions by email (to the email address you provide in your contact details) for you to obtain the electronic copy of the CV Handbook.
The CV Handbook will normally be delivered within 2-3 working days after payment has cleared to our bank account. CV Audit reports are normally delivered within 5 working days following receipt of your order, CV and cleared payment. If for whatever reason we are not able to meet these timescales, we will contact you with a revised date and keep you informed of progress.
If a cancellation request is received before delivery has taken place, a refund will be made to the account that was used to make the original payment. We will do this within 5 working days, but would expect this to be carried out in most cases much sooner.
We take our responsibilities as laid out in the Distance Selling Regulations seriously and we want you to have a positive experience when ordering from us. The CV Handbook is sent to you in digital format, once supplied we have to treat this in the same way as a music CD or software and can only refund on evidence that the data has not been copied or passed on to any third party.
